Health Improvement Practitioner – Amanda

Amanda can help with anything getting in the way of your health and well being e.g. grief, depression , anxiety, alcohol and drug, relationship issues, family violence, insomnia, stress. Rachel helps people feeling stuck and works with you to develop a plan and coping strategies. Eligible for all enrolled patients – free 30 minute unlimited sessions Works Wednesday, Thursday & Friday morning.  

Health Coach – Laura 

Laura can help with lifestyle changes, support and education with long term conditions e.g. prediabetes / diabetes, high blood pressure or cholesterol, gout, asthma. Managing stress, motivation, loneliness. Support with healthy exercise, eating, sleep and study. Accessing support in the community. Advocacy with WINZ. Eligibile for adults 16 + years with long term conditions. Works Monday, Thursday and Friday. 20-30mins sessions in room or outdoor “walk and talk”.
